Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have strong liaison skills, effective communication, and the ability to coordinate with various departments for provision of necessary services.

  • Visiting patients on a daily basis to ensure their comfort and satisfaction
  • Following up on patient queries and complaints, and ensuring timely resolution
  • Maintaining strong liaison with relevant departments and coordinating with them for service provision
  • Supervising and coordinating with teams for smooth processing of patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
  • Conducting studies on service issues, collecting and analyzing data, and sharing recommendations for improvement with management
Requirements

The successful candidate should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution, preferably with a Master's degree
  • At least two years of related experience in a tertiary care healthcare organization
  • Good technical skills and the ability to interact with employees, physicians, and other medical professionals
  • Proficiency in using computer applications, particularly MS Office package
  • Ability to gather data and make sound decisions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly communication skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and multitask, meeting stringent deadlines
