Assistant Manager Job Overview

This is a challenging role that involves working closely with doctors and physicians to improve laboratory services. You will be responsible for visiting medical professionals regularly to gather feedback, discussing issues related to lab tests and services, and ensuring timely follow-up.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and possess good analytical abilities. A Master's degree in Business Administration or Health Administration is required, along with 5-7 years of relevant experience in healthcare administration.

As Assistant Manager, you will collaborate with the senior manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and achieve departmental goals. This includes achieving revenue volume surplus budget targets for assigned phlebotomy stations, supervising sales team field-related matters, and coordinating with other departments to optimize workflow.

Additionally, you will ensure compliance with industry standards by conducting regular audits, maintain safety regulations, handle lab test queries and incidents reporting, and evaluate the performance of the sales team.

Key responsibilities include organizing events such as Continuous Medical Education (CME) and Health Awareness Programs, collaborating with senior managers on strategy development, and implementing effective strategies to achieve sales growth.
