We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead the expansion of our ERP offerings in local and international markets. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional with a strong understanding of ERP systems, market dynamics, and client requirements.

Job Description:
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forming strategic alliances, and expanding ERP product reach in local and international markets.
  • This role combines business acumen, client relationship management, and ERP domain knowledge to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for our ERP and accounting platforms.
  • Create strategic partnerships with resellers, consultants, and business chambers to expand our network and increase brand visibility.
  • Pitch presentations, demos, and proposals tailored to industry-specific ERP needs (trading, manufacturing, construction, services, etc.).
  • Lead requirement discussions and scope analysis sessions with prospective clients to ensure alignment between client expectations and ERP solution capabilities.
  • Act as the bridge between the client and development/implementation teams to facilitate seamless project execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in ERP business development or SaaS sales in a consulting or ERP firm.
  • Demonstrated success in closing large-scale ERP deals across industries.
  • Experience in requirement gathering and RFP response for ERP tenders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / IT / Computer Science from a recognized university.
  • MBA (Marketing/IT) or partially qualified CA/ACCA/ICMA will be an added advantage.
