We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our team and help build scalable and automated web businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and configure software efficiently, ensuring seamless system integration.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply timely bug fixes.
  • Implement robust IT security measures, including access controls, backups, and firewalls, to safeguard company data.
  • Manage network servers and technology tools, maximizing efficiency and minimizing downtime.
  • Set up accounts and workstations, adhering to established protocols.
  • Upgrade systems with new releases and models, staying ahead of technological advancements.
  • Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
  • Create internal documentation, manuals, and IT policies, ensuring clear communication and compliance.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role, with a strong track record of success.
  • Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN), and patch management, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery, prioritizing data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms, showcasing versatility and technical acumen.
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude, with a demonstrated ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Experience administering Linux/CentOS servers, with a strong understanding of server management principles.
  • Optional: Ability to create scripts in Python, Perl, or other language, highlighting proficiency in programming skills.
