Digital Marketing Lead

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Lead to enhance our online presence and drive effective digital marketing campaigns. As a key member of the team, you will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our offerings.

  • Develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with our goals.
  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Maintain our social media presence across all digital channels.
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading and managing digital marketing campaigns, with experience in SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media management, PPC advertising, email marketing, and marketing automation.

A Bachelor's or Master degree in Marketing or a related field is required. Strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and target audience needs.
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing data from various digital channels to measure performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • SEO/SEM: Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) to improve online visibility and drive targeted traffic.
  • Content Marketing: Skills in creating, curating, and managing content across different platforms to engage audiences and drive conversions.
  • Social Media Management: Experience in managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and running targeted advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
