Unit Leadership Role

The successful candidate will lead a team of nursing staff in delivering high-quality patient care across assigned units.

  1. Coordinate the work of nursing staff to ensure efficient care delivery and optimal unit performance.
  2. Implement patient safety initiatives and infection control protocols within assigned units.
  3. Educate and support nursing staff in the effective use of electronic medical records, promoting seamless data management.
  4. Conduct regular patient visits to assess care quality and gather valuable feedback.
  5. Ensure timely completion of pre- and post-procedure prerequisites as per orders.
  6. Promptly report medication-related incidents and maintain accurate records.
  7. Perform internal checks on medications and supplies to prevent discrepancies.
  8. Collaborate with Nursing Education Services to design engaging patient education materials.
  9. Participate in audits and address any non-compliances identified.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (MSN preferred) with 5-6 years of experience, including 2-3 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Valid Professional Nurse Registration.
  • Possess BLS, ACLS, and ECG certifications (desired).
  • Exceptional communication skills in both Urdu and English languages.
  • Ability to handle complex situations professionally and effectively.
  • Familiarity with fast-paced environments and ability to multitask.
  • Independence, creativity, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
