Sales Development Representative

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to drive business growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads. This role requires strong communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads through various channels (email campaigns, social media, cold calling, networking events, etc.).
  • Utilize CRM tools and marketing automation platforms to track and manage leads effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Lead Nurturing:
    • Build and maintain relationships with leads to nurture them through the sales funnel.
    • Provide regular updates and progress reports to management on lead generation activities and results.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals.
  • Share insights and feedback to improve targeting and messaging strategies.
  • Performance Metrics:
    • Track and analyze lead generation metrics (e.g., conversion rates, response rates).
    • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation targets.
