Job Overview

National Foods Limited seeks a highly skilled Territory Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and expansion in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Country BDM and Sales Support team to develop and implement effective route-to-market strategies for key customers.
  2. Develop targeted plans for key accounts within allocated regions, regularly meeting with customers to track performance and report on results.
  3. Work closely with customers to identify product-related or sales-related issues, providing feedback to internal teams.
  4. Serve as primary point of contact for key customers, assisting in issue resolution and payment collection while ensuring timely delivery of products.
  5. Visit stores to monitor stock levels and product expiration dates, ensuring the availability of quality products in the market.
  6. Establish and maintain strong business relationships with key customers across assigned regions.
  7. Identify opportunities to expand NFL's presence in underserved markets through market intelligence.
  8. Provide actionable feedback to the BDM, QIRD, and Marketing team on product category performance and any emerging issues.
  9. Monitor and report on actual spend for allocated regions, highlighting variances against regional budgets.
  10. Attend regular reviews with the BDM to discuss actual sales versus allocated targets and address potential obstacles.
  11. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving consumer preferences.
  12. Prepare and submit comprehensive sales reports for allocated regions.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
