Territory Business Development Manager

National Foods Limited seeks a highly skilled Territory Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and expansion in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Country BDM and Sales Support team to develop and implement effective route-to-market strategies for key customers.
- Develop targeted plans for key accounts within allocated regions, regularly meeting with customers to track performance and report on results.
- Work closely with customers to identify product-related or sales-related issues, providing feedback to internal teams.
- Serve as primary point of contact for key customers, assisting in issue resolution and payment collection while ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Visit stores to monitor stock levels and product expiration dates, ensuring the availability of quality products in the market.
- Establish and maintain strong business relationships with key customers across assigned regions.
- Identify opportunities to expand NFL's presence in underserved markets through market intelligence.
- Provide actionable feedback to the BDM, QIRD, and Marketing team on product category performance and any emerging issues.
- Monitor and report on actual spend for allocated regions, highlighting variances against regional budgets.
- Attend regular reviews with the BDM to discuss actual sales versus allocated targets and address potential obstacles.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving consumer preferences.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive sales reports for allocated regions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
