Business Development Representative

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. This is a part-time opportunity with the potential to grow into a full-time role based on performance.

The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare or home care services and be comfortable engaging with healthcare decision-makers. They will also be able to clearly explain technical products to non-technical professionals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and reaching out to potential clients, including home care agencies, private nurses, and assisted living facilities.
  • Performing cold calls and outbound outreach to healthcare professionals.
  • Explain device functions, software capabilities, and service benefits in simple, value-focused terms.
  • Booking demos or in-person meetings for our service team to close deals.
  • Keeping accurate CRM records, tracking outreach, and following up diligently.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years sales/business development experience in healthcare or home care services.
  • Strong cold calling & outbound sales skills.
  • Ability to clearly explain technical products to non-technical healthcare decision-makers.
  • Experience working with nurses, caregivers, administrators, or medical directors.
  • Proven track record of hitting sales targets in service-based industries.

Schedule:

  • Hours: 12 PM – 4 PM EST, Monday to Friday
