Synopsis: The role of International Technical Recruiter involves collaborating with senior recruiters and hiring managers to identify top talent and assist in the sourcing, screening, and assessment of candidates. The ideal candidate will have a recent graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and a strong interest in the tech industry.

About the Role: As an International Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. This includes learning to conduct interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and suitability. You will also support the development of a network of potential candidates for future opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand technical requirements and identify top talent.
  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.).
  • Learn to conduct interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and suitability.
  • Support in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment.

Requirements:
  • Recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in the tech industry and eagerness to learn about technical roles (developers, engineers, data scientists, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
