Job Title: Artisan Baker and Pastry Specialist

DescriptionAbout the Role

This is a full-time on-site position for an experienced Artisan Baker and Pastry Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day bakery operations, preparing food, baking, cooking, and applying culinary skills to create exceptional pastries and desserts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bakery Operations Management: Oversee daily tasks including preparation, production, and presentation of high-quality pastries and baked goods.
  • Culinary Expertise: Possess excellent baking and cooking skills, with knowledge of various pastry techniques and ingredients.
  • Visual Presentation: Create visually appealing pastries and desserts that meet our high standards of presentation.
  • Prior Experience: We seek candidates with experience working in renowned cafes in Pakistan, specifically in pastry and bakery operations.
  • Creativity and Attention to Detail: Demonstrate strong attention to detail and creativity in developing new pastry recipes and presentations.
  • Time Management and Organization: Exhibit excellent time management and organizational skills to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification or Degree: A certification or degree in culinary arts or a related field is highly desirable but not mandatory.
