Job Title: Customer Support Advocate

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Customer Support Advocate.

This role involves assisting end customers via phone calls to resolve common issues and provide support with troubleshooting and technical inquiries.

  1. Troubleshooting and Technical Support: Assist end customers via phone calls to resolve common issues and provide support with troubleshooting and technical inquiries.
  2. Issue Escalation: Redirect end customers to their nearest service center when necessary for further assistance.
  3. Technical Expertise: Utilize a strong understanding of electronics and the inner workings of inverters to effectively assist with resolving customer queries.
Key Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering is preferred but not required.
  • A technical background with an understanding of electronics and Solar Inverters is essential for this role.
  • A background in the solar industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
