Procurement Specialist

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Management Specialist to oversee the procurement process. This includes costing all Bills of Quantity (BOQ) and tenders, as well as managing supplier relationships.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating supplier performance, sourcing affordable materials, controlling purchasing budgets, and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance regularly
- Source materials for manufacturing processes at competitive prices
- Manage purchasing budgets effectively
- Conduct IPCs of BOQs for material assessment
- Ensure orders are delivered on time
- Achieve cost savings for the organization
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
- Assist in sourcing alternative products for buyers and customers
The successful candidate will build solid relationships with distributors and manage order payments efficiently. They will verify that orders are within agreed budgets and finalize delivery details.
