About this role

Lead our email marketing efforts and create messaging, coding, and executing campaigns to deliver our CRM strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership: Oversee a team of email marketers and provide guidance, support, and performance feedback.
  2. Lead Generation: Develop and implement lead generation programs to increase our subscriber base.
  3. Campaign Development: Ensure Email and SMS marketing campaigns align with marketing strategy and business goals. Create visually appealing and functional email templates using HTML for various email clients and devices. Execute Email and SMS deployments.
  4. Campaign Analysis: Monitor and analyze email and SMS campaign performance using metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  5. List Management: Manage and segment email lists to target specific audiences effectively.
  6. Compliance: Ensure all email campaigns comply with industry regulations.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with designers, copywriters, and developers to create cohesive email content.
  8. Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve email and SMS performance.
  9. Reporting: Generate reports on email and SMS campaign performance to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years in email and SMS marketing with strong HTML and CSS coding skills.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of CRM marketing trends and best practices.
