The role of Global Payroll Analyst plays a pivotal part in ensuring seamless payroll processing across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accurate and timely payroll processing for around 1500+ employees through in-house systems and outsourced payroll providers.
  • Prepare necessary payroll financial schedules on a monthly basis for gross salary, bonuses/commissions, overtime calculations, leave encashment, statutory and supplemental benefits, payroll taxes, and other deductions/allowances.
  • Reconcile headcounts for payroll processing for all locations/entities and prepare necessary working to adjust terminations and off-cycle payrolls adjustments.
  • Ensure general ledger accounting entries and reconciliations for payroll cycles, accruals, and benefits are accurately reflected, collaborating with the accounting team as needed.
  • Fund disbursement coordination with treasury for monthly payroll payment is also a critical aspect of this role.
  • Timely response to audit and accounting queries is essential.
  • Monitor and respond to payroll-related emails and queries effectively.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing and/or accounting roles, preferably in a multinational or top-tier company.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and payroll compliance requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Partly or fully qualified in ACCA, CPA, or equivalent accounting certification.
  • In-depth understanding of global payroll systems and ERP platforms.
  • Prior experience working with outsourced payroll providers is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with payroll reporting and financial reconciliation processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to process improvement and automation projects.

This position requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, proactive problem-solving, and attention to detail in a global payroll environment.
