Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the printing & packaging sector, building on our existing relationships to drive business growth.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with existing and potential customers, ensuring timely communication and professional support to meet their needs and expectations.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on competitor pricing, customer needs, and industry trends, using this information to inform sales strategies and improve business outcomes.
  • Negotiation & Closing Deals: Effectively present product offerings, negotiate pricing, and close deals to meet sales targets, utilizing negotiation skills to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Customer Visits & Follow-ups: Regularly conduct client meetings, factory visits, and follow-ups, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Sales Reporting: Accurately maintain sales records and provide timely updates to management, enabling data-driven decision-making and business growth.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process changes as needed.
  • Payment Collection: Timely collect payments from clients, resolving any disputes professionally and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 4+ years in sales within printing, packaging, or related B2B industries (preferably flexible packaging, gravure printing).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Skills:
    • Negotiation and Persuasion: Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a proven track record of closing deals and securing new business opportunities.
    • Communication and Relationship-Building: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders.
    • Results-Driven: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a strong focus on achieving business growth and success.
    • Self-Motivated: Self-motivated and result-driven, with a willingness to take initiative and drive projects forward.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region, with a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
  • Language: Proficiency in English, Urdu, and relevant local language.
