Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Network Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will provide hardware support for network infrastructure, including PCs, printers, telecom, and other ancillary equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics or computer engineering, with a minimum of 4-5 years' experience in a related field. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining PCs, laptops, printers, and applications for both hardware and software.

In this role, you will troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults. You will also set up new users' accounts and profiles, responding within agreed time limits to call-outs.

You will prioritize and manage many open cases at one time, establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals. A high level of customer service is expected for all support queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hardware support for network infrastructure.
  • Install, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and applications.
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems.
  • Set up new users' accounts and profiles.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple cases at one time.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Computer Engineering.
  • Minimum 4-5 years' experience in a related field.
  • Ability to troubleshoot IT systems at module level.
  • Knowledge of operating characteristics of Desktop operating systems (MAC, Linux).
  • Proficient knowledge of networking, hardware, and software.
