Administration Management Opportunity

The ideal candidate will oversee administrative functions, maintain office discipline, and ensure a secure work environment.

  • Maintain office discipline and decorum by implementing new policies and procedures.
  • Supervise and manage support staff, including hiring and training.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of office premises and implement economical transport management.
  • Arrange for security, safety, and firefighting arrangements within the company and office premises.
  • Organize meetings and other functions as required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing organizational policies strictly.
  • Managing inventory systems and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent leadership and administrative skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Requirements include:

  • 5 years of experience in administration or a related field.
  • A proactive and presentable attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and inventory systems.
