Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and self-driven Customer Success/Support Specialist (DAY Shift) to join our team in Lahore. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and managing client portfolios, analyzing customer data to improve customer experience, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage client portfolios to sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value through upselling.
  • Analyze customer data to improve customer experience and identify opportunities for upselling.
  • Hold product demonstrations for customers and provide excellent customer service.
  • Improve onboarding processes and evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure.
  • Mediate between clients and the organization to minimize customer churn.
  • Aid in product design and product development to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years proven experience in customer success/service/sales or communications or Bachelor's Degree.
  • Highly organized and able to multitask with a self-driven and proactive nature.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with leadership qualities.
  • High computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
  • Knowledge of customer success processes and experience in document creation.
  • Patient and active listener with a passion for sales.
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • 1+ years of successful revenue-based sales experience.
  • Working understanding of data protection technologies.
