Job Overview:

We are seeking skilled Business Development Executives (Bidders) to generate high-quality leads on freelance platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bid management and optimization across platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, and Bark to drive targeted leads and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and bid on potential projects on Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru, and Bark.
  • Craft professional and persuasive proposals to secure projects.
  • Research market trends and competitor strategies to optimize bidding approaches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Maintain strong client communication, follow up on bids, and negotiate project terms.
  • Analyze and report on proposal success rates to refine bidding strategies.
  • Drive business growth by acquiring new clients through various channels.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-year experience in online bidding on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru, or Bark.
  • Strong proposal writing skills with a strategic approach to winning projects.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal project teams.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills for market insights.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.
  • Experience in IT services, digital marketing, software development, or related fields is a plus.
  • Ability to work in US time zone (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM PKT).

Compensation:

PKR 80,000 - 120,000 + Incentives
