Job Title:

Senior Production Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Production Manager to join our team. As a Senior Production Manager, you will be responsible for conducting capacity analysis, optimizing asset utilization, and reviewing production plans with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct capacity analysis and present a rock-free production plan for processing
  • Optimize asset utilization to its maximum potential
  • Review the production plan with senior management
  • Monitor the plan with the team to ensure targeted productivity and on-time delivery
  • Focusing on inventory reduction from Greige to Folding
  • Oversee weekly issuance with the Greige and Processing teams
  • Collaborate with marketing and customers to enhance service levels
  • Participate in daily meetings with the Processing team
  • Drive digitalization efforts in collaboration with the MIS team

Requirements:

  • Graduation qualification
  • Minimum 05 years of experience
