Senior Production Manager (Pharma Industry)

Job Title: Senior Production Manager (Pharma Industry)

Location: Site II, Super Highway, Karachi.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Senior Production Manager to oversee all aspects of our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive technical experience in dry blending, granulation, tablet compression, and capsule filling, coupled with a proven track record of ensuring GMP compliance and fostering a quality-driven culture on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and approve all stages of production for dry blends, tablets, capsules, and powders.
  • Ensure strict compliance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory standards.
  • Review and sign off on batch records and production documentation.
  • Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting for production issues.
  • Train and guide production staff on quality and compliance matters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy (D. Pharm or equivalent).
  • 2.5–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, specifically in dry blending, tablet, and capsule production.
  • In-depth knowledge of GMP, quality systems, and pharmaceutical regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail, leadership skills, and ability to work on the production floor.
