As a
Senior Product Manager with a focus on IVC
at B. Braun, you will be responsible for the design, development, and execution of all marketing-related strategies, objectives, and activities, including product development to manage a product or product category's life cycle. Support and work closely with the Business Management and Sales team to achieve the division and company's goals and objectives.

Your key responsibilities:

• Strategic Products identification, Support & Tracking Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
• New products market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs; preparing return-on-investment analyses; establishing time schedules.
• Introduces and markets new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, corporate communication, and procurement.
• Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs; anticipating volume; costing special and customized orders.
• Ensure that marketing operations are carried out with the highest level of ethics, in line with company policies, industry codes, and local laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular field visits to gather insights on product performance, customer feedback, and market trends.

What you will bring to the team:

• B.Sc. / MBA Degree (Marketing)
• 5- 8 years' experience in related field, with experience managing a team
• Strong presentation skills, capable of summarizing and communicating key information
• Excellent project and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
• Strong analytic and strategic skills.
