Hirestaff is seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Support Professional to provide executive-level support. This critical role will oversee the efficient operation of the back office, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives and driving key initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Contribute to our strategic plan, prioritizing initiatives, tracking progress, and ensuring accountability.
  • Back Office Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of back office operations, including Network Operations Center management, IT infrastructure and support, customer service and support, finance and accounting, human resources and administration, procurement and supply chain.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity within the back office and across the organization.
  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication between departments, ensuring seamless information flow and alignment.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Develop and monitor key performance indicators for back office operations, providing regular reports on performance against targets.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to back office operations, developing contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within the telecom industry, with a strong focus on back office operations.
  • Proven track record of success in leading and managing large teams.
  • Deep understanding of telecom technologies, network operations, and customer service processes.

This is a mid-senior level full-time position in the telecommunications industry, requiring strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
