Job Title:

Ai Product Development Lead

We are looking for an experienced product development lead to spearhead the vision, strategy, and execution of AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Generative AI (GenAI) product development and experience working closely with engineering, data science, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for GenAI-powered solutions.

  • Align product direction with market opportunities, customer needs, and business objectives.

Product Strategy & Vision:

Develop a comprehensive understanding of current and emerging GenAI trends and technologies to inform strategic product decisions.

Collaboration & Communication:

Foster open communication among stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and successful project outcomes.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and user behavior to drive continuous improvement.

  • Analyze data to inform product decisions and optimize GenAI solutions for maximum impact.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.

  • 8 to 12+ years of experience in product management, including hands-on experience with GenAI development.

  • Strong knowledge of Generative AI tools and platforms.

  • Proven track record of launching successful AI-driven products.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

This is a hybrid role based in Lahore, Karachi, or Islamabad, with flexibility to travel to the UAE for short-term client engagement.
