Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong analytical skills and the ability to execute projects to high standards.

About the Role:

The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee project execution, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include operational excellence, skillset development, and productivity.

Operational Excellence:

This involves managing day-to-day project execution, designing questionnaires, conducting link testing, and communicating effectively with various teams. Proactive communication is essential to ensure smooth project execution and timely updates to clients.

Skillset Development:

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, with experience in writing analysis plans, charting templates, and reporting. Effective briefing and charting skills are also essential for this role.

Productivity:

We require an individual who can drive sub-team compliance on key initiatives and protocols. This includes attending training sessions, adhering to process protocols, and minimizing data re-runs.

Requirements:

  • A university degree in a related field (Engineering, Math, Statistics, Marketing, Economics, Business Management) is ideal.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the Market Research industry is preferred.
  • Strong analytical mind, excellent numerical skills, and effective communication skills are required.
  • Comfortable working in a digital-enabled environment is essential.
