Research Manager for Women and Child Health Projects

The Outreach and Research Programme is a community-based initiative focusing on research for the betterment of women and child health.
- This role involves managing all aspects of clinical trials, including data collection, fieldwork, and report preparation.
You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of research data, as well as effectively managing fieldwork processes to ensure efficiency.
- Key responsibilities include:
- collecting and processing research data
- managing fieldwork processes
- participating in patient recruitment, screening, and follow-up activities
- filing electronic case report forms (e-CRFs) and preparing detailed reports and presentations
- collaborating with clinical investigators, sponsors, and other team members to resolve queries and manage data
- conducting home visits and training research participants on nutritional milk supplementation
- supervising junior staff and ensuring adherence to clinical trial protocols and standards
- implementing project-related standard operating procedures (SOPs) and deadlines
- checking the dashboard regularly to ensure due visits and data completeness
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- a strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical research protocols
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- experience in managing community-based projects, preferably in maternal and child health
- team management experience
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- willingness to work on field sites
