System Analysis Leadership Role

As a seasoned expert in system analysis, you will spearhead the development and enhancement of systems to optimize operational performance and streamline internal processes. With 5+ years of experience in systems analysis or a related field, you will deliver high-quality documentation, manage complex projects, and demonstrate a deep understanding of business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the gathering and analysis of business requirements from multiple stakeholders
  • Prepare and oversee the development of system analysis and business requirement documents, including System Requirements Specification (SRS), Business Requirements Document (BRD), and Functional Requirements Document (FRD)
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure proper implementation of system updates and modifications
  • Conduct and manage system testing post-modifications to ensure quality assurance
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in systems analysis or a related discipline
  • Proven experience in a senior role with a track record of leading projects and delivering high-quality system analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Fluency in English: Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities with excellent communication and team collaboration skills
