About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated attorney to handle motor vehicle accident cases from client sign-up to settlement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Caseload Management: Handle all aspects of motor vehicle accident cases, including signing up new clients and securing optimal settlements.
  • Client Guidance: Guide plaintiff clients through the case process, fostering trust and confidence in our law firm.
  • Legal Research: Conduct discovery, perform legal research, and pre-suit discovery to build strong cases.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate with insurance companies and lien holders to secure optimal settlements for our clients.
  • Team Communication: Provide direction and maintain constant communication with internal teams to ensure seamless case management.
  • Expert Interaction: Engage with expert witnesses and obtain expert reports and affidavits to support our cases.
  • Litigation Preparation: Draft pleadings, write briefs, and assist with discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation to achieve successful outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills
  • An active member in good standing with the Wisconsin Bar is essential.
  • A license to practice law in Minnesota is preferred but not required.
  • Ideally 2+ years of litigation experience, particularly in motor vehicle/automobile liability cases, is desirable.
  • The ability to manage a high volume of cases efficiently is crucial.
  • Excellent client service skills, focusing on compassion and empathy, are vital.
