About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Version Y.

In this role, you'll be responsible for driving business growth and expansion by identifying sales leads, pitching services, and building relationships.

As a key member of our team, you'll contribute to the development and implementation of our business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate business in our secondary service.

Build relationships for the platform itself.

Oversee the fulfilment of client work, manage expectations, and build relationships.

  • Business Development: Identify sales leads and pitch our services to new clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new contacts.
  • Team Management: Oversee a team below you and ensure they are performing well.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Correct use of grammar.

A strong understanding of the Sales Pipeline, Qualification process, and ability to listen carefully & understand implied meanings.

Computer software skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
