Junior Researcher Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Researcher to support our team in conducting research on various themes such as education and health.

  • The selected candidate will work closely with our senior researchers to undertake background research, data analysis, and fieldwork, developing expertise in the field of human development.

Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Sociology, Social Sciences, or any related discipline.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of STATA and Excel is necessary for data analysis.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to represent complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and reliability.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Work experience of 1-2 years, preferably in a research environment, where you can develop your analytical skills and contribute to policy recommendations.
  • Experience in cleaning and analyzing quantitative data, with a focus on producing high-quality reports and policy briefs.
