Site Coordination Specialist

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing site operations, ensuring timely completion of projects and maintaining excellent client relationships. This role involves coordinating with project managers, supervisors, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.

  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources;
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate potential risks;
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations;
  • Manage communication with clients and stakeholders;
  • Perform other tasks as required by the project manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Knowledge of construction laws and regulations;
  • Experience in project management and coordination.
