Job Title: Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the operations within our warehouse. This individual will be responsible for managing and overseeing the receiving, handling, storing, grading, and packing activities, ensuring quality standards are met and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Warehouse Operations Management: Ensure that warehouse operations run at peak efficiency, with quality control and shipment punctuality as primary goals.
  • Systems Development: Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements.
  • Team Management: Train and manage a warehouse team to solve operational issues and reach performance goals.
  • Financial Management: Perform financial management duties, including generating financial data and compiling reports.
  • Quality Assurance: Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance and inventory control.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse lead role, preferably in textiles and garments.
  • Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedures and policies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.
