Position Title: HVAC Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role focuses on the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems in residential and light commercial environments, offering excellent opportunities for career advancement and continued training.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting and repairs on HVAC systems.
  2. Accurately document services performed and materials used.
  3. Stay updated on industry standards and maintain compliance with safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of HVAC tools, equipment, and system diagnostics.
  • Proven experience in HVAC servicing.
  • EPA Certification (required).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dependable, punctual, and motivated with a team-focused mindset.
  • Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and reference check.
