Role Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Cloud Engineer to manage Windows/Virtualization Server and Cloud infrastructure, providing 24x7 support for engineering solutions in physical and virtual environments.

The ideal candidate will design and configure Windows and Cloud systems, handle upgrades and security patches, and manage enterprise-class infrastructure with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities:
  1. Design and manage scalable, resilient cloud infrastructure and automation tools for routine operations.
  2. Configure management tasks such as Email, SSL with Load Balancer, and development tools on platforms like App Engine, Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, etc.
  3. Implement automation and deployment tools to provide cloud-based solutions.
  4. Collaborate with architects, Dev Leads, and HODs to ensure solutions align with standards, security, and best practices.
  5. Manage implementation and operation of cloud services, ensuring security and compliance.
  6. Monitor current cloud usage, identify risks and gaps, and recommend optimizations.
  7. Implement safety metrics for continuous development and deployment on serverless architecture.
  8. Resolve IT-related faults efficiently, including setup, diagnostics, and extending IT provisions.
  9. Install, configure, upgrade, and patch operating systems and related software.
  10. Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans.
  11. Maintain updated documentation for servers and equipment.
  12. Provide remote support for end-users on network and system issues.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related IT field.
  • 3+ years experience as a Cloud/DevOps Engineer with expertise in data engineering, including Google Cloud or on-premises solutions, ETLs, database management, data warehousing, and orchestration.
Skills Required:
  • Proven experience with continuous deployment (CD) to production.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud, server configuration, automation tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to build and maintain highly available systems.
  • Certifications in Azure, AWS, GCP preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and cloud platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and securely manage networks.
  • Experience with Windows and Linux environments.
  • Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems.
