Cold Calling Agent Role

As a Cold Calling Agent, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to UK businesses, introducing them to our services. This is an exciting opportunity to work with restaurants, takeaways, and small businesses in the hospitality sector.

This role involves working within fixed UK business hours (4 PM – 2 AM Pakistan time), making scripted cold calls, scraping data from Google Maps, maintaining records, and sharing screens via Zoom/Discord during shifts.

  • Excellent communication, objection handling, and rapport building skills are essential for this role.
  • Proven B2B cold calling/sales experience is a must, with British accent a plus.
  • Fluent English (CEFR B2–C2 ideal) is required, with strong technical and data skills including Excel/Google Sheets management and CRM know-how.
Requirements

Applicants should have:

  • Laptop/PC (minimum Intel i5 or equivalent)
  • Good branded headphones
  • Internet: 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload + backup
  • A female candidate is highly preferred.
What We Offer
