Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for determining proposal feasibility, preparing detailed scopes of work, and handling complex proposals with a focus on risk assessment, cash flow analysis, responsibility matrix, and project scheduling.


About the Job

This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with demonstrated expertise in proposal development, bidding, and project estimation for large-scale engineering projects. Experience in managing Power Distribution Systems and Solar Energy solutions is preferred.


Key Responsibilities
  • Determine proposal feasibility by evaluating customer RFQs and project requirements.
  • Prepare detailed scopes of work, summarizing BOQs and project deliverables.
  • Handle complex proposals with a focus on risk assessment, cash flow analysis, responsibility matrix, and project scheduling.
  • Develop cost-optimized solutions for power distribution systems and solar energy projects.
  • Create and review technical proposals based on ITB documents, specifications, and drawings.
  • Collaborate with the Project Controls Department to ensure earned value reporting and risk analysis.
  • Conduct site visits to assess conditions and incorporate findings into technical proposals.
  • Monitor project budgets and prepare project cost estimations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A BE in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with demonstrated expertise in proposal development, bidding, and project estimation for large-scale engineering projects.
  • Experience in managing Power Distribution Systems and Solar Energy solutions is preferred.
