Job Title: Proposal Engineer

Overview:

  • We seek an experienced Proposal Engineer to lead our team in developing and delivering high-quality proposals for customer projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and evaluate feasibility of proposals, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and project goals.
  • Create detailed project scopes, summarizing budgets and deliverables, and manage complex proposal processes with a focus on risk assessment and project scheduling.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate reporting and analysis, and create cost-optimized solutions for power distribution systems and solar energy projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in engineering services proposals for Power Distribution, Solar Projects, and Turnkey Solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of project estimation, invoicing, and budget management.
  • Familiarity with Primavera P6, MS Project.

Educational Requirements:

  • BE in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in proposal development, bidding, and project estimation.

Personal Qualities:

  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and client handling skills.
  • Ability to monitor project scheduling, resource deployment, and material procurement.
