Job Title: Strategic Corporate Taxation Specialist

Job Description

The role of the Strategic Corporate Taxation Specialist is to lead tax planning and advisory efforts, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations. As a key member of the tax team, you will be responsible for developing tax strategies, analyzing data, and providing insights to stakeholders.

This position requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You will play a crucial role in driving change and tax awareness across the organization, while managing audit matters related to taxation and devising strategies for central and provincial tax audits.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance, with at least 10 years of experience in corporate taxation.
  • Extensive knowledge of corporate taxation, tax planning, and transaction advisory.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract meaningful insights from data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • A member of any professional accounting body, with 5+ years of experience in corporate taxation, tax planning, and team handling.
