Service Excellence Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to maintain and improve our service standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze data to identify areas for enhancement in the sales process.
  2. Review interactions across different mediums to ensure quality.
  3. Monitor calls on the dialer.
  4. Track customer feedback, comments, and agent performance.
  5. Identify, record, document, and track defects or issues.
  6. Generate reports about communication quality to report to management.

Key Requirements:

  1. Prior experience as a Quality Assurance professional or similar role.
  2. Demonstrated knowledge of testing methodologies and tools.
  3. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  5. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred but not required.
