Job Title

The primary function of this role is to manage the sales force quote-to-cash cycle, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion. This involves identifying and resolving technical issues, providing guidance on complex deal structures, creating and completing quotes, and handling account renewals and contract buyouts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales force quote to cash cycle

  • Opportunity stage amendments and package upgrades/downgrades
  • Account audits and mergers
  • Liaise with other departments to resolve cases
Requirements:
  • Graduate in business management disciplines
  • Strong business communication skills in English
  • 2+ years of professional work experience
  • Proficient experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Knowledge and experience of CRM systems
  • Prefer experience working with ERP systems
  • Organized, meticulous, and detailed in entering information
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Self-starter with ability to take ownership of job responsibilities
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in high-volume workload situations
