As a Sales Performance Lead, you will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive sales strategies in alignment with company objectives and overall business plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Continuously monitor and ensure that institutional customers operate within established sales parameters.
  • Promote and execute new product launches as well as re-launches across all institutions as required.
  • Implement trade marketing programs in key accounts and institutions after obtaining department head approval.
  • Evaluate and enhance the knowledge and skills of institutional sales teams to achieve planned goals.
  • Maintain effective control over leakage and damage costs associated with key accounts and institutions.
  • Ensure optimal performance of subordinates through regular field visits.
  • Host monthly sales meetings to guide and support sales teams in overcoming challenges.
  • Establish performance and development goals, provide training, and evaluate the performance of institutional sales teams.
Requirements
  • Proficient in Windows, MS Office, and Internet
  • Institutional Sales specialization
  • Ability to work in North and Central Region
  • Permanent employment type
  • Male gender preference
  • Age range 30-35
  • MBA from a reputable institution
