SAP Project Manager Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Project Manager to lead and manage SAP implementation, upgrade, or optimization projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring regular communication and updates on project status.
  • Identify project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensure the proper allocation of resources and team management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
  • Conduct project reviews and post-project evaluations, implementing lessons learned into future projects.
RequirementsEssential Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as an SAP Project Manager with a strong understanding of SAP modules.
  • Expertise in managing end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Experience in managing project budgets, timelines, and resources.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points:
  • SAP certification or PMP certification is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
