About the Position
iGate is looking for an experienced Email & SMS Marketing Manager to lead our email marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective CRM campaigns that align with our marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Development: Create and implement lead generation programs to increase our subscriber base.
- Email and SMS Deployments: Oversee and help execute email and SMS deployments, ensuring alignment with marketing strategy and business goals.
- Campaign Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to make data-driven improvements.
- List Management: Manage and segment email lists to target specific audiences effectively.
- Compliance: Ensure all email campaigns comply with industry regulations, including CAN-SPAM and CCPA.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with designers, copywriters, and developers to create cohesive and engaging email content.
- Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve email and SMS performance.
- Reporting: Generate and present detailed reports on campaign performance to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years in email and SMS marketing, with strong background in HTML and CSS coding for emails.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Industry knowledge: up-to-date with latest trends and best practices in CRM marketing.
