Join our team as a CRM & Revenue Operations Specialist and help us drive revenue growth through streamlined sales operations. As a member of our revenue operations team, you'll be responsible for managing our HubSpot system and working closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to enhance workflows, automate processes, and improve data integrity.

About the RoleYou'll be responsible for managing our HubSpot system and supporting revenue growth through streamlined sales operations. This role will require you to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and develop reporting dashboards and analytics to track sales performance and pipeline health.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage, maintain, and optimize the company's CRM system (HubSpot).
- Support sales enablement by improving workflows, automating processes, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and analytics to track sales performance and pipeline health.
- Integrate and manage revenue tech stack tools to enhance sales operations.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 4+ years of experience in CRM administration (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
- Experience in a B2B SaaS company.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, pipeline management, and automation.
- Experience with sales enablement tools and integrations.
- Ability to create and maintain reporting dashboards and analyze sales data.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
- Basic understanding of SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with revenue operations frameworks and best practices.
