Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Zoho CRM Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Zoho CRM platform, ensuring smooth integration across marketing, sales, and customer service functions. As a Zoho CRM Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining the CRM system, driving data accuracy, and ensuring our marketing and sales teams can operate efficiently and effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the Zoho CRM platform, ensuring optimal configuration, functionality, and integration with other tools.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize CRM workflows, automation, and processes to streamline operations across marketing, sales, and customer service teams.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to identify opportunities to enhance lead management and conversion rates.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to track CRM performance and key metrics.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on CRM best practices and system updates.
  • Troubleshoot any issues within the CRM platform, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate Zoho CRM with other business systems and platforms, such as email marketing and social media management tools.
  • Monitor and ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM, including lead and contact information, sales pipeline data, and reporting metrics.
  • Stay up to date with new Zoho CRM features, updates, and industry best practices.
  • Assist with CRM-related initiatives such as data migration, system upgrades, and CRM customization.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 1.5 years of experience managing Zoho CRM, with hands-on expertise in configuration, automation, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of CRM processes, sales funnels, lead management, and pipeline tracking.
  • Proficiency in integrating Zoho CRM with third-party tools such as email marketing platforms, social media tools, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with data analysis and creating actionable insights using CRM reporting features.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support teams across various functions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues within the CRM platform.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A detail-oriented approach with a focus on data accuracy and system optimization.
