- Ensure accurate load management in delivery vehicles to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Regularly evaluate team productivity and identify areas for improvement to drive growth and success.
- 4-5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership or supervisory role in the pharmaceutical and consumer goods industries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration and problem-solving.
