We're on the hunt for a skilled Remote Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our digital marketing agency, you'll be responsible for sourcing and screening top talent for various marketing roles. Your expertise in full-cycle recruiting will help us reduce time-to-hire and attract the best professionals.
The ideal candidate will possess experience working remotely, with a strong background in recruiting. You should be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills. A solid understanding of sourcing techniques and proficiency in job boards, social media platforms, and advanced recruitment tools is a must.
