We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Business Consultant specializing in company formation services within the UAE.

Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required for this role.
  • The ideal candidate will have 1–5 years of proven experience in UAE company formation, with a deep understanding of business setup procedures, legal structures, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong relationships with Free Zone authorities and government departments are essential for this position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to deal with clients from various nationalities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is also required.
  • Bilingualism (Urdu, English) is an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
  • The selected candidate will advise clients on the best business structure based on their goals, activities, and ownership preferences.
  • They will manage the complete company formation process, including documentation, application submissions, and approvals.
  • Liaising with government departments such as DED, Free Zone Authorities, Ministry of Economy, Immigration, and others will be part of this role.
  • The successful candidate will assist clients with trade license selection, activity classification, visa quotas, and office space requirements.
  • Staying up-to-date with UAE business laws, Free Zone rules, and Mainland regulations will be crucial for this position.
  • Cordinating with PROs and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely registration will also be required.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client onboarding, license renewals, and ongoing compliance requirements will be another key responsibility.
  • Providing after-sales support, such as visa processing, bank account opening, and local sponsor arrangements, will be an essential part of this role.
