Job Title: Senior User Experience Designer

Overview

This senior-level position plays a pivotal role in shaping the digital user experience for our banking applications. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive and engaging interfaces that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

About the Role
  • Design and develop user interfaces for various banking applications, prioritizing mobile-first concepts and human-centered design principles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design and development processes.
  • Participate in the development lifecycle, from definition through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.
  • Break down complex design challenges into manageable tasks and deliver solutions with precision and clarity.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations in mobile design, applying this knowledge to inform your work.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Banking experience is highly desirable, as is proficiency in designing web and mobile applications.
  • Demonstrated skills in user experience design, journey mapping, prototyping, UX copywriting, information architecture, digital transformation, and design systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Deep understanding of Apple's Human Interface Design Guidelines and other mobile platform designs.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Balsamiq, Visual Studio, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong grasp of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and AngularJS.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
